At Fermeté, we gladly accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 days of purchase.

  • Include a copy of the invoice and specify the reason for exchange or return.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Steps for Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Complete the Return Form
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via phone call and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
  2. Repack the Merchandise
    Ensure the item(s) are securely packed for return.
  3. Please mention all the necessary details if you want to exchange on a piece of paper, and send it along.
  4. Ship the Item
