We use domestic courier companies to send most of our Pakistan orders.

How long does it take for home delivery?

For major cities, the delivery takes up to 5 working days. Working days are Monday-Saturday. For minor cities or interior cities, delivery takes up to 5 working days.

Why is my order cancelled?

You either provided incorrect phone number or incorrect address. Or you did not pick up the phone. We do not dispatch orders if not confirmed on call. Please pick up the phone when you get a call from unknown number otherwise your order will be cancelled if not confirmed in two days.

Can I collect from a local store?

We offer a reserve and collect service, Only in Lahore.

Do you deliver on weekend?

Depends on the courier service. Some of the orders do get delivered on weekends.

Can I track my item?

Yes. You will receive an email when your order is placed with an order number. You can use that tracking number to track your order

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. How do I apply a promotional code?

You can add a valid promotion code in the Basket.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer Cash on delivery, online bank transfers, and online credit card payment options.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received and is being processed.

Where is my order?

Yes. You will receive an email when your order is placed with an order number. You can use that tracking number to track your order. You can inquire your tracking number by messaging us at our WhatsApp +92 348 2181221

How can I make complaint?

Is it possible to make any changes in my order?

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we have an automatic invoicing system. For any changes to your order, please call us immediately after placing the order. We can attempt to stop or amend your order with our dispatch team, if it is not possible, we will advise you on the next steps.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

Do you have return or exchange policy?

We have a 14 days exchange policy and you can get a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product is not used or damaged.
